DeepWave Robotics envisions a future where autonomous underwater robots transform subsea labor, addressing critical needs in inspection, maintenance, repair (IMR), and asset recovery.

Our robots will soon take on demanding roles in offshore energy and marine industries, focusing on areas with labor shortages and high-risk conditions. By managing complex, underwater tasks—from monitoring rigs to repairing pipelines—our technology will enhance productivity while reducing human exposure to danger.

In the long term, DeepWave’s robots will play a broader role, contributing to marine conservation, sustainable resource management, and infrastructure resilience. We’re working toward a future where underwater robotics support a healthier ocean and a safer, more sustainable marine workforce.

Our Team

A robotics enthusiast with the capability to professionally fulfill roles in both mechanical design and software development, boasting over 5 years of experience in robotics. Experienced in industrial and robotics solution design as well as system integration, he previously worked as a Robotics Software Engineer at ePropulsion, where he developed autonomous driving systems for electric outboard systems.

Ki has over seven years of experience in software development and embedded systems. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Electronic and Information Engineering. As a robotics enthusiast, he has worked on projects involving robotic systems, including system architecture design, circuit design, and computer vision, focusing on optimizing system performance and improving functionality through innovative design solutions.

A Passionate engineer who devotes to product engineering. Over the last decade, he has been involved in the development of a variety of products, delivering designs that are feasible for commercialization and compliant with specifications and regulations
